I walk for the woman who once danced through life & still does, in quieter step!
My mom has always lived with joy in her heart — dancing in the kitchen, singing out loud, laughing without holding back.
Today, Parkinson’s has dimmed some of that light. Even after undergoing brain surgery, life is far from easy since this disease has no cure yet.
Her voice is softer now. Her body tires quicker. But her spirit? Still strong.
The hardest part is being far away — oceans apart — when all I want is to be close enough to help, to hold her hand through this.
So I’m walking for her. For every moment she gave me without ever asking for anything in return.
If you can, please DONATE. Help us fund support, research, and hope — for her, and for the thousands of families living this quiet battle every day.
Your donation will stay local and help make a difference to more than 10,000 people living with Parkinson’s right here at Home.
