Team Ian​ will once again be taking part in the Walk for Parkinson’s in Owen Sound.  We were there for the first time last year and met some amazing people who gave us a very warm welcome.  This year we are looking forward to returning.  The walk is going to be held in a new location - Kelso Beach in Nawash Park which looks beautiful.

We will be walking in memory of Ian Shouldice who passed away in 2022.  The Walk for Parkinson’s meant a lot to Ian.  This annual fund raiser is held in locations right across Ontario.  The money we raise will stay in our Southwestern Ontario District and be used for programs to assist those living with the disease as well as to fund some very valuable research being conducted by Dr. Mandar Jog and his associates at the Movement Disorder Clinic at University Hospital in London.

Please support us by either making a financial donation or by joining Team Ian walking in Owen Sound on Saturday Sept. 6 or in Sarnia on Sunday Sept. 7 (at Canatara Park).  Whatever you can give will help – it all adds up!

Working together, I hope we can one day soon achieve a world without Parkinson’s Disease.
